These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kyuri Discord bot (“Bot”) and the Kyuri website (“Site”). By inviting, accessing, or using the Bot or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Bot or Site.

1) Eligibility

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws when using Kyuri. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2) Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Bot and Site responsibly and not to misuse them. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disrupting or attempting to interfere with the service
  • Reverse engineering, exploiting, or bypassing safeguards
  • Spamming or abusing automation features
  • Using the Bot or Site for harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in response to misuse.

3) Server Administration

You are responsible for configuring permissions, roles, and settings within your Discord server. The Bot operates based on your configuration and Discord’s permission system. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect setup or misconfiguration.

4) Availability and Changes

The Bot and Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be modified, temporarily unavailable, or permanently removed at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or prevent abuse.

5) Data

Kyuri processes limited data required to operate its features, such as server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, configuration settings, and command usage data. Additional details are described in the Privacy Policy.

6) Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the Bot or Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the Bot and Site is at your own risk.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyuri and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Bot or Site.

8) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot or Site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Kyuri may process when you use the Kyuri Discord bot (“Bot”) and the Kyuri website (“Site”), and how that information is handled. By using the Bot or Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Bot or Site.

1) Information We Process

  • Server data: server (guild) IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and configuration settings you apply using commands.
  • Usage data: command names used, timestamps, and limited error or diagnostic logs for debugging and abuse prevention.
  • User identifiers: Discord user IDs only when required for specific features (for example, moderation actions, logs, or whitelists).

Kyuri does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Message content is not stored permanently. Some features may temporarily process message content in memory in order to function (for example, keyword-based autoresponders).

2) How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain Bot features.
  • To prevent abuse, spam, and malicious activity.
  • To diagnose issues, fix bugs, and improve stability and performance.

3) Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your information. Information may be shared only when required by law, or when necessary to protect the Bot, the Site, or the community from abuse or security threats.

4) Data Retention

Configuration data is retained while your server continues to use Kyuri. Limited logs may be retained for a short period for security and debugging purposes. You may request deletion of server configuration data by removing the Bot and contacting us through the Support Server.

5) Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6) Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot or Site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
